Job description: preside over the research and development of perforators, cooperate with the manager of the scientific research department and the perforation technology project manager to independently complete relevant scientific research tasks and report to the project manager.

Job requirements: Bachelor degree or above from a Chinese University, majored in mechanical design, explosive mechanics engineering, fire / explosive engineering or other related majors. Master degree or above, with at least 5 years of relevant working experience in the development (Design) of perforators and perforating charges; Bachelor degree, more than 10 years of relevant working experience is required. Preside over the system research and development of perforating device, have strong leadership and organizational scientific research ability, have been engaged in the development of perforating device (cartridge) for oil field, master the knowledge of Civil Explosives for oil field, and can be successfully applied to perforating cartridge. Able to complete relevant scientific research projects or tasks independently. Familiar with the design and safety requirements (standards) of perforators in petroleum industry. Be familiar with API design and requirements related to perforators (such as threads). Master the design of high and low temperature seals, and have a full understanding of the market, technical status and development trend of perforators at home and abroad. Proficient in Pro-E (or AutoCAD). Good command of English as a working and writing language (CET-6). Field experience is preferred.
